Our Senior Student: Justin Mueller

Justin actually began his Jiu-Jitsu training a few months before me. Due to circumstances beyond his control, Justin was forced to take an extended hiatus from his training. Since his return he has accomplished what only a few have done on our mat. He proudly wears a Sho-Rei-Shobu-Kan Jiu-Jitsu purple belt. He serves as a role model, mentor, teacher and much more. Justin and I roll as often as we can. He's an outstanding grappler who can't be taken lightly. I've edited the video for brevity only, but will tell you we rolled for a little over ten minutes. At the end, we intended on taking a break just long enough for me to put my pants back on, but we got sidetracked with some questions from some students. I mention this only to highlight that although we ended with Justin under my side control, I wasn't able to tap him out during our bout. Actually to be honest, I quit do due my pants falling off, so technically Justin won by depants. Enjoy.

Justin is impossible to control. rolling with him is what it must be like to roll with a wolverine. you just can't maintain control.
he's also a great teacher and friend to those at SRSK.

I like it when a fight goes on like this. If it ends quickly you just don't have as much fun.

Conan, I am humbled by the post. The only reason I am where I am is because of your guidance and instruction. Brent, I also appreciate the comment. What have you been up too? Need to come down and roll for old times sake.

By the way, where do you find the music? I especially like the begining. Bruce is who originally got me interested in martial arts.

Justin, all the credit goes to you. Whenever I hear a song that I like I almost always try to figure out what it is. That song is called Yuudachi by Hiromitsu Agatsuma. I first heard one of the artist's songs on a Jiu-Jitsu highlight video.
