Avatar Jiu-Jitsu
My brothers and I went to the 3D version of Avatar last night and I have to say it was pretty damn good. I especially enjoyed this fight scene where Jake unmistakably uses Jiu-Jitsu to tame the wild banshee. It reminded me of the many bouts I had with a similar banshee, Brent. The scene mirrored so many of those grappling matches, from the hissing at the beginning, through to the verbal taunting at the end. "That's right, you're mine!" I even recall Duncan and Hanke and Downs yelling and jumping around on the sideline.

i agree, great movie.
note that i never tapped, i never tapped!!! i succumbed to the intimidation/mind trick!
but i'm not that little guy there, i'm the big one at the end that is yellow.
I saw "Sherlock Holmes" today and towards the end Holmes uses an arm bar to neutralize the enemy. He even snaps the arm haha. Maybe Sherlock has been working with our own Will Holmes to perfect his technique?
how did you get a clip of the movie? are you tight with Cameron? is the dojo open saturday? merry xmas!
I don't know if the dojo will be open today.
