As most of us know by now, Fedor is set to compete in the ADCC 2009, along with many other big name grapplers and MMA superstars. Brent has been working overtime to uncover every Fedor video ever uploaded to YouTube. In addition, he has some special software program constantly running that detects any new uploaded Fedor video and then sends out an alert to notify him of the existing video. This is a win-win situation for us. We get to benefit from Brent's hardwork, but don't have to spend one minute searching out these little treasures.
One other little tid bit of information. Brent has legally changed his middle name to Фëдор (English translation: Fedor). He's also been seen in his backyard pounding tractor tires with a sledge hammer. Now I'm no psychologist, but I'm pretty sure this is a good indication that's he's gone off the deep end. So as not to disturb him any further, I suggest that the next time you see him it would be best to just smile and say, "hello, Fedor."

Ah, someone has a man crush.
i don't deny it, Josh.
whoever thought that a hairy man from Idaho would develop an unhealthy fascination with a bald Russian.
i love this post Conan, muchos gracias.
but all one really needs to do is go to youtube, type in Fedor, and when results come up, click on the "newest" tab and it brings up the most recent Fedor vids available.
most are highlights. there are sooooo many highlights of him.
i have indeed been working overtime, though, as i knew the the Aoki fight would soon be available online.
but on to the subject, does he not look as sharp as can be? good grief. i'm not sure if anyone in the MMA and grappling world can move like him, on the ground but especially on the feet.
compare how he moves now and how technical he is to his early fights with Nog, Herring, or whatever. he is so much better than he was even when he schooled the entire Pride HW division.
i'm calling it now, he's going to sweep the ADCC HW division this summer!
Don't try to confuse us with your technical computer babel, Brent...er I mean, Fedor.
To be honest, watching Fedor training with Mousasi was incredible. He is so in tune with body mechanics that it's scary.
I second the prediction.
Nice videos in both cases. We trained some of those same takedowns/throws into submissions today with Sensei Ray. I can tell Fedor's background in Sambo (or Sombo) helps him with those.
By the way, I saw you on your motorcycle today Conan and I have to ask, did you have any luck tracking down John Connor?
Nice one, Will. Well played. I always liked the T-1000, damn hard to kill.
His hips work so unbelievably for a man in any weight class. His movements are like watching full contact ballet. Great post!
