Now I'm not advocating one way or the other for Paul Greenfield's over 40 program, but I thought this video was pretty funny. Never mind the corny acting, I liked Ryan Hall's and Mike Easton's bits as mat bullies.
I was actually thinking about doing a serious post on this subject, but I'm sufferring from writer's block. My brain seems to be broken at the moment, so the post will have to wait.

that "old" guy really showed them. What is he in his early 30's? RAndy Couture must be ancient to those guys.

When I first saw this I watched it quite a few times. I have actually decided not to participate in some clubs because they were too rough. Not to mention unskilled as well.
