Although I try to keep folks informed about my training sessions with Zac, I was thinking they were starting to wonder if he even existed anymore. Since Zac has been in the shadows for so long, the tales of his grappling prowess have become legendary. As small children gather around the campfire, stories are told about how he stands ten feet tall and can defeat any man who stands in his way. Surely he is a force to be reckoned with, and he can’t be taken lightly, but is he invincible? Not today.

I think this was an altered video. I don't remember this. Just kidding. Good move. Conan could have cranked this on for a good minute but refused to do so for the sake of good training. Props Conan. You won't get it again. :)

I have to admit I did take a few liberties with the editing, however it was all done in the interest of making me look good. In all seriousness, due to time constraints, I chose not to show Zac choking me out multiple times with the same choke.

That was cool. I didn't know that our dojo ran a daycare? The little kid looks like a master-sensai watching his pupils train. He almost got squashed at one point.
Almost doesn't count. He has great instincts. I love how he rolls around because he was watching us do it.
