MMA Seminar with Fred George

Longoria's Black Belt Academy is hosting a MMA seminar with Fred George on Saturday, October 8, 2008. He is a MMA Fighter, trainer, and strength & conditioning coach for the pros. He is a co-owner of a MMA gym in California and is a Tap Out magazine strength editor.
