Bent Arm Lock (Ude Garami) - Kimura technique from side control
This technique incorporates a shoulder lock, as well as a forearm cutter, allowing multiple options of attack.

i love this video. now i can show my wife exactly what we practice doing when I, as she calls it, "go lay on top of other men."
this video is awesome. i love this submission-its a killer! i love the intro to the video-the editing is great. the entire presentation and everything is just very well done and professional.
i can't find a way to post on the second instructional video. i still need to practice that ankle hook that releases the kimura defense. its been on my mind-excellent stuff!

Regarding the second video. Part of this site has "static" pages, such as when you click on the links for Articles, Contact Us, About Us, Class Times, and Techniques. My plan was to post all of the videos on the Techniques page only, but you've made a good point here. I should also post them here on the main page as well for initial reactions and comments from all of you.
Remember, you can always comment on the videos at YouTube. Since I'm trying to build that portion of our marketing program, it would help generate more interest.
