Justin will be taking the lead on teaching class on Thursdays. He did a good job today with his focus being on mount escapes. Justin has an easy going style of instruction that lends itself well to teaching Jiu-Jitsu. Justin actually began studying Jiu-Jitsu at Roseberry's before I arrived. He took some time off, but I'm glad he's back and training as hard as ever. He is our most senior student and it shows.

This is great! I missed today, but when I was in class last Thursday, I enjoyed having Justin as the instructor. He knows what he's doing and works with each student patiently. Yes, patience is one of the key elements of effective teaching.
Looking forward to learning from Conan AND Justin! I've been down and out with a head cold this week, but look forward to next week.

Justin did a great job yesterday and took the time to show me even more during mat time. I always feel at ease when taking instruction from Justin and Conan. I am honored that All have welcomed me into the program and am looking forward to improving under the direction of Conan and Justin!
